Why isn't pricing fully fixed?
Every business has different workflows, integrations, and complexity. We publish starting prices so you know the range — but we scope each project individually to give you an accurate quote, not a number we made up.
Is there a monthly fee beyond the setup cost?
Only if you choose the managed service add-on. The setup fee is a one-time investment. The managed service is optional and month-to-month.
What's included in the 30/60-day post-launch support?
Direct access to our team for questions, bug fixes, edge cases, and minor adjustments. It's not a maintenance contract — it's us making sure your system works in the real world.
Are there usage fees or per-agent costs?
Our service fee covers setup and management. You'll also need a Paperclip.ing subscription (separate) and API costs for the AI models (typically Anthropic). We'll estimate these as part of your proposal.
Can I start with a Starter plan and upgrade later?
Yes. Many clients start with a focused automation and expand once they see results. We design systems with growth in mind — upgrading doesn't mean rebuilding.
What's your refund policy?
We stand behind our work. If your agents aren't performing to the agreed spec after launch, we fix it. We don't offer refunds after deployment begins, but we do guarantee results against the agreed scope.
