Do I need to be available throughout the process?
We need about 3–4 hours of your time across the whole engagement: the discovery call, a review of the architecture, and the handoff walkthrough. We handle everything in between.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
We have a change request process. Small changes are usually absorbed. Significant scope additions are quoted separately — you always know what you're agreeing to before we proceed.
How do AI agents get information about my business?
We configure each agent with the context it needs: your products, tone of voice, standard procedures, escalation contacts. Agents can also access your internal tools and databases we connect during setup.
What if an agent makes a mistake?
Agents operate within boundaries you control. High-stakes actions require human approval by default. We configure the guardrails during setup and walk you through the override options.
Can I change how agents work after handoff?
Yes. You can update instructions, adjust workflows, and add new tasks through the Paperclip.ing interface. We also offer managed service plans if you'd rather we handle changes for you.
